At first glance I was not impressed, line up make your choices of base, protein, ingredients, and sauce; not until I was actually in the ordering process did I realize the number of available options is pretty impressive. I was stuck because I wanted it all.
We ordered Pan Fried Dumplings to share, you have your choice of pork or veggie we went with the meat version. The dumplings were moist with a zesty stuffing, the wrapper not too thick and just enough sear to give them a little crunch.
Then the real adventure began, we liked everything we view on the protein and ingredients station. You can see how fresh everything is, as you move through the process.
Two bowls both very different, mine with a mix of white and brown rice, my companion opted for the salad base. We both chose the tuna, salmon, and edamame then we just went our own way. I added the seaweed salad at an upcharge; it is noted on the menu which items carry the additional cost so no surprises at check out.
All in all, we give Sus Hi Eatstation two thumbs up, for the freshness of the food, enthusiasm of the staff. We encourage you to get out there and try at least one of the locations, but why stop there, next time I am back in the Orlando area I will be going for the Lake Nona location at 9680 Narcoossee Rd.
